Amy Chan jewellery is an exploration of structure and movement.
The works you can see on this site are designed with these themes in mind. Each piece blends a number of crafting techniques: a two- or three-dimensional geometric shape in precious metal is the beginning; applying textures generates a further level of sensory complexity.
Other materials are also brought into play. Translucent plastics multiply the reflective properties of the metals, allowing them to react to both local and environmental movement with infinite variety.
I hope you will enjoy viewing these examples of my craft. There is always more to be seen, so feel free to contact me for more information.
